The guarantee is to be considered valid from the date of purchase of the product, variable on the basis of the delivery date of the product. Documents are not necessary, (we go back to all transactions in the multimedia basis), but it is necessary not to open the equipment never to be opened, under penalty of decay of the guarantee itself. The warranty does not cover hardware defects, (such as viruses, programs malfunction, or operating system problems). The guarantee does not cover the hardware parts if these have been dismantled without our authorization. The guarantee does not cover accidental damage or natural causes. The warranty does not cover battery or internal battery. It only limits to spare parts, labor or transport costs excluded. The warranty does not cover the consumable part.
